Building Bridges Between Business and IT - Pricing & Revenue Strategy, Analytics, Tools, Processes & Business Intelligence

Our Poles of Expertise:

Data Management & Business Intelligence

We support organisations in their data transformation initiatives, helping them structure fragmented operational and financial data into reliable, governed datasets and business intelligence assets. My work typically involves end-to-end project delivery (Agile/Waterflow), from data modelling and KPI definition to dashboarding and adoption by business teams.

The focus is on enabling organisations to become more data-driven, ensuring that information is trusted, shared, and effectively used in day-to-day management and decision-making — rather than producing dashboards or reports for their own sake.

Decision Modelling & Scenario Analysis
We support organisations in structuring and modelling business processes, decision workflows and performance drivers, linking business functions, operational processes and supporting tools. This work typically underpins transformation initiatives where efficiency, scalability and flexibility must be balanced.

Through decision models and scenario analysis, we help organisations evaluate trade-offs, test assumptions and assess the impact of different options on costs, revenues and performance. The objective is to design robust yet adaptable decision and execution flows, aligned with both business needs and system constraints.

Pricing Strategy & Revenue Performance

We support organisations in optimising pricing and revenue management across the end-to-end revenue chain, from pricing strategy and commercial policies through to CRM, CPQ, order-to-cash and revenue assurance/reporting. This work typically sits at the intersection of business strategy, processes, data and systems.

Using in-depth analytics, statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, we help organisations understand price drivers, demand behaviour and revenue leakage, and test different pricing and commercial scenarios. The objective is to design robust, data-driven pricing and revenue models that are optimised, scalable and aligned with operational realities.

Our Approach...

Transforming data into decisions — and decisions into action

I work at the intersection of business strategy, data, and delivery, supporting organisations through complex transformation initiatives. My approach combines analytical depth with strong project and change management practices, ensuring that solutions are not only well designed, but also implemented, adopted and sustained.

Rather than focusing on tools or methodologies in isolation, I help organisations align business functions, processes and systems to create efficient, flexible and data-driven operating models.

End-to-End, Pragmatic Delivery

I deliver missions end-to-end, from problem structuring and design through to implementation and business adoption. This typically includes:

  • clarifying objectives and success criteria with stakeholders

  • modelling processes, decision workflows and data flows

  • coordinating business, IT and data teams

  • supporting deployment, change and adoption

The emphasis is always on practical outcomes, not theoretical models or disconnected deliverables.

Data, Analytics and AI as Decision Support

Advanced analytics, statistical modelling and machine learning are used where they create measurable value — to optimise pricing, test scenarios, or support complex decision-making. I see AI as a decision support capability, augmenting human expertise rather than replacing it.

This ensures transparency, explainability and trust, particularly in environments where decisions have financial, operational or organisational impact.

Collaborative and Change-Focused

Transformation succeeds only when people adopt new ways of working. I work closely with business teams, managers and executives to ensure that insights, models and tools are understood and effectively used.

My background in project management and change management allows me to structure initiatives, manage dependencies and guide organisations through change with clarity and realism.

2025

Borakay — Online Pricing Tool

Designed and delivered a secure, modern pricing tool combining a Bubble GUI with Azure-based SQL data and Python APIs. Managed the project end-to-end, linking business processes, data workflows, and analytics to enable data-driven pricing decisions and streamlined operations.

2019 - 2025

SITA — Pricing (2019–2025)

Managed corporate pricing strategy and data management for complex global portfolios. Implemented Oracle CPQ, defined process, product, and data structures, and integrated external systems including Salesforce CRM and supplier platforms. Migrated airport products from manual to automated processes, securing sensitive data (~$600M/year) and improving time-to-market (VAS rollout reduced from 12 to 3 months). Delivered BI dashboards (Power BI) for pricing, margin, and quote-to-order performance, applied AI/ML to estimate missing supplier costs, and led strategic pricing negotiations (~$150M TCV) to optimise revenue and margins.

2006 - 2019

SITA — Revenue Assurance / Billing (2006–2019)

Directed billing and revenue assurance operations, managing teams, processes, and data flows for multi-million-dollar monthly revenue. Led Agile migrations to unified Hadoop-based systems and orchestrated data reconciliation, migration, and transformation across multiple platforms (Oracle SQL, Smartbill, Siebel). Delivered actionable reporting and dashboards to ensure accurate billing, revenue harmonisation, and process standardisation, while improving system efficiency and error handling.

2001 - 2006

SITA — Database Administration / Early Analytics (2001–2006)

Maintained and enhanced global asset tracking and finance systems, including IBM Db2, Oracle, Lotus Domino, and Access/VBA solutions.
